For 120 years, We Raise Foundation has equipped young Christian leaders to face the greatest challenges of their time—with faith, courage, and vision. We know that investing early in emerging leaders creates a ripple effect of transformation, changing not just their lives but the communities they serve. That’s why we’re committed to supporting rising nonprofit professionals through two key initiatives: Emerging Leader Grants and the Richard E. Herman Leadership Award.

Emerging Leader Grants provide $15,000 over two years to rising Christian leaders launching new programs that serve under-resourced communities across the U.S. The funding supports both their community work ($10,000) and their personal leadership development ($5,000).

The Richard E. Herman Leadership Award honors one outstanding leader each year with a $4,000 cash award, resources, and public recognition for their innovative, compassionate, and community-driven work.
